This product was formulated with emollient, humectant & keratolytic ingredients which work together to exfoliate,hydrate and moisturize the skin, keeping it smooth and healthy.
It fixes rough & dry-scaly-itchy skin caused by a loss of water in the upper layer of the skin.
 
Lactic acid, glycolic acid, and urea are keratolytics which increase skin moisture and hydration, creating a smooth hydrated surface for the reflection of light to produce a glowing skin.
 
This happens by dissolving the horny substance (keratin) holding the top layer of skin cells together. This helps the dead skin cells fall off, helping the skin keep in more water.
 
Emu oil and the other emollients helps to condition the skin by sealing the water content and strengthen skin barrier.

Warning: AHA increase photosensitivity. Use product only at night and wear sunscreen during the day to avoid sunburn.

How to use:
 
For exfoliating purpose, use for minimum of 2wks for the alpha hydroxyl acids to penetrate slowly so they are available in the skin to perform their exfoliating duties. After two weeks the. You can pause usage until when you need to exfoliate again.
 
 
To treat folliculitis, kp and chicken skin, apply lotion at night daily or 3-5 times weekly until skin problem has faded away.
 
Please use cream only at night to avoid sun sensitivity. During the day time, you want to avoid sun exposure even if using sunscreen so you don’t burn or get dark from  photosensitivity caused by AHA. Even if you use sunscreen, note that every sunscreen has a breaking time after which it won’t be effective again so best to stay away from sun exposure. 
Upon application, you may feel a stingy sensation which confirms the effectiveness of the acids and it is completely normal for skin to flake and shed off.
 
Note: Not everyone will notice skin peeling as this is a mild exfoliator, for drastic peeling, check our skin peels.
