This device can used with the rechargeable batteries or can be plugged to a power supply. 
The set which comes with :
-Storage box
- 1 Charging base
-1 Charging cable
-2 batteries (1900-2000mAH)
-1 RCA connector head
-1 RCA cable
Charge input: 5V/1.5A. ( this is very important information when charging your device).
Use only the usb cable that came with the device or  find a cable that works within the required parameters. 
This set doesn’t come with a power supply .
Using a power supply is optional , however you  will need to purchase a power supply unit if you wish to use this device without the batteries as the RCA cable will need to be plugged to a power supply unit.
